The modern day version of this picture would include 10+ condo towers, a townhouse complex, community center and two new roads: Queen’s Quay and Fort York Blvd. Sad but I miss the cement factory the most. RIP Cement Factory;;

Apple fears the droid and sues HTC.

700+ pages of exhibits. Sounds like they just want to clog the courts and get an injunction to scare other Android handset makers. Why innovate to beat your competition when you can just sue them with stupid patents that you shouldn’t have gotten in the first place? More info over at Engadget.
