City of Toronto Archival photo. Westward view of the Bathurst/Lakeshore intersection.

The modern day version of this picture would include 10+ condo towers, a townhouse complex, community center and two new roads: Queen’s Quay and Fort York Blvd. Sad but I miss the cement factory the most. RIP Cement Factory;;

Aerial view looking East at Lakeshore and Bathurst intersection.

There used to be a Baseball stadium where a Condo/entrance to an airport exists today.

Spadina bridge (Spadina and Front) looking south. Future home of Cityplace, MegaCondoComplexExtraordinaire.

Some part of me wishes it was still like this.
